Any machine, apparatus, contrivance or device which is changed to or may be readily converted into a gambling device which is exhibited or made use of by any owner or exhibitor, in violation of the terms of this chapter, may be seized and destroyed in compliance with the terms and provisions of the statutes of the State, regulating gambling devices.
