741.10  APPEALS; BOARD OF CONTROL.
   An applicant who has been refused a license or a licensee whose license has been revoked may appeal in writing to the Board of Control, within ten days after the date of the mailing of the notice of the denial or revocation of a license. The Board of Control shall consider such appeal within five days after the date the written appeal is filed with the Board. The Board may, in its discretion, consider such appeal either solely upon the evidence considered by the Village Fiscal Officer or by permitting new evidence to be offered. Upon such hearing, the Board of Control shall affirm, disaffirm or modify such order or denial or revocation from which the appeal has been taken.
   The written appeal shall be filed with the Mayor as the Chairman of the Board of Control.
   The Board of Control shall be composed of the Mayor, and the Fiscal Officer.
