(a) Any person found to be soliciting for transporting, collecting or disposing of garbage, rubbish or other refuse within the Village, for gain in violation of the terms of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned not more than thirty days, or both.

(b) Any person found violating Section 721.07 shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). Each successive day of the violation constitutes a separate offense.
