721.04 DISCONTINUANCE OF SERVICE.

If a customer does not pay within thirty days from the rendering of a bill, the holder of a permit required by Section 721.01 shall have the right to discontinue the service, and shall notify the Village of such discontinuance in order to protect the health and welfare of the residents of the Village.
