All service veterans who were prisoners of war and all service veterans who are paraplegics and quadraplegics shall be entitled to free parking at all City metered parking places. Such parking privileges shall be for the purpose of shopping and conducting personal business. All such persons who qualify for free parking shall have license plates that comply with the State statute. (Ord. 8017. Passed 12-10-80.)
