353.06 COMMERCIAL VEHICLE USE OF PARKING METER SPACE.

Commercial vehicles may remain in parking meter spaces for a period not exceeding ten minutes while actually engaged in loading or unloading and delivering to adjacent stores or markets during the time the parking meter signal shows an illegal use of such space.
