301.111 ENGINE RETARDER.

“Engine retarder” includes, but is not limited to, C Brakes, PacBrakes, Tek Brakes, Jake Brakes, dynamic braking devices, or any other type of engine retarder commonly utilized within the trucking industry. (Ord. 97-16. Passed 11-19-97.)
