(a) The Village of Byesville authorizes the sale of bulk potable water.
(b) “Bulk Potable Water” is hereby defined as water that is suitable for human consumption and dispensed at an approved bulk water filling station.
(c) The rate for the sale of bulk potable water is ten dollars ($10.00) per 1000 gallons.
(d) For bulk users that average over 50,000 gallons monthly the Village Administrator may negotiate a separate contractual rate of not less than $5.00 per one thousand gallons and not more than $10.00 per one thousand gallons.
