The Park Commission shall present to Council a report, duly approved and accepted by a majority of the Commission and signed and sworn to by the Chairman and Secretary of the Commission as being accurate and correct to the best of their knowledge and belief, on or before January 15 of each year stating the amounts and purposes of all expenditures from the Park Fund by the Commission for the preceding full calendar year.
