161.05 MAGISTRATE.

The Mayor, or designee, is authorized to appoint a Magistrate to preside over the Village of Byesville Mayor’s Court. The appointee shall meet all qualifications required by the Ohio Supreme Court. (Ord. 2014-02. Passed 2-26-14.)
