161.04 RULES AND POLICIES.

The Mayor, or designee, is authorized to promulgate such rules and policies as are necessary to carry out operations of the Village of Byesville Mayor’s Court and to be in compliance with the Ohio Revised Code and the requirements of the Ohio Supreme Court.
