(a) The position of Byesville Mayor’s Court Clerk is hereby established.

(b) The Clerk of the Byesville Mayor’s Court shall be compensated at the rate of $12.00 per hour.
(c) The Clerk of the Byesville Mayor’s Court shall not work more than 10 hours in any 80 hour pay period.
(d) The Clerk of the Byesville Mayor’s Court shall be considered a part time position without benefits. (Ord. 2016-16. Passed 8-10-16.)
