161.02 JURISDICTION.

Jurisdiction of the Village of Byesville Mayor’s Court shall include misdemeanor criminal and traffic offenses cited under the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Byesville, Ohio, but subject to the restrictions and exceptions contained in Ohio R.C. Chapter 1905.
