1529.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for all subsequent offenses. Each day of operation of an Outdoor Wood Burning or Coal Burning Furnace in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
