147.03 CHAIRMAN; SECRETARY.

The Park Commission shall elect one of its members as Chairman and one of its members as Secretary, each to serve without compensation for the term of one full year. The Secretary shall be charged with the custody and safekeeping of the books and records of the Commission and shall prepare in writing the official minutes of the meetings and proceedings of the Commission.
