139.08 POLICE AUXILIARY.

(a) There is created within the Byesville Police Department a Police Auxiliary to consist of not more than ten (10) members. The Auxiliary members shall be subject to the same requirements and qualifications as any other police officer within the Village of Byesville.

(b) The members of the Byesville Police Auxiliary shall have such powers and duties as shall be prescribed by the Mayor and shall be under the supervision of the Chief of Police.

(c) The members of the Byesville Police Auxiliary shall serve without compensation or benefits. (Ord. 2013-03. Passed 3-13-13.)
