941.14  SALE OF NON-POTABLE WATER.
   (a)   The Village authorizes the sale of non-potable water.
 
   (b)   “Non-Potable Water” is hereby defined as water that is unsuitable for human consumption.
 
   (c)   The rate for the sale of non-potable water shall be $5.00 per 1,000 gallons.
