139.06 POLICE CHIEF’S AUTHORITY.

The Chief of Police shall have exclusive authority over the stationing and transfer of all officers and employees within the Police Department, under the general rules that the Mayor prescribes. The Chief of Police shall have all other authority as designated by Ohio R.C. Chapter 737 and the Codified Ordinances of the Village.
