(a) In addition to other duties, the Fire Chief, or his or her designee, shall be directly responsible for the annual inspection of all buildings and structures located within the Village of Byesville to insure compliance with the Codified Ordinances of the Village of Byesville, the Ohio Revised Code, the Ohio Fire Code, and any and all other relevant rules or regulations.
(b) Fees for said inspections are established as follows:
