152.02 PROGRAM COMMITTEE.

The Identity Theft Prevention Program Committee shall consist of the following members: Fiscal Officer, Village Utilities Clerk, Income Tax Clerk, and Village Administrator. The Committee shall meet twice a year to assess the program and provide a yearly report to Village Council.
