949.08 SURCHARGE.

Effective on the first quarterly billing statement in 1994, each user of the Village sewage treatment system shall be assessed a surcharge of twenty dollars ($20.00) per quarter. The purpose of this surcharge is to pay outstanding debt of the Village upon the sewage treatment system.
