949.06 TAPPING FEE.

   The following charges shall be made for tapping into the sanitary sewer lines:

 

(a)   Tapping Fee.
(1)   Fee (inside Village)	$1,150.00
(2)   Fee (outside Village)	$1,500.00
(b)   Tapping Existing Laterals.
(1)   Fee (inside Village)	$500.00*
(2)   Fee (outside Village)	$1,000.00*

   *The fee for tapping existing laterals will only be assessed if the Village is required to locate the existing lateral.
