949.05  INDUSTRIAL WASTES; PERMIT.
   (a)   For any lot, parcel of land, building or premises situated inside or outside the corporate limits of the Village, having any connection to the Village sanitary sewerage system or otherwise discharging industrial wastes either directly or indirectly into the sanitary sewerage system, a permit shall be required from the Village.  Such permit shall be granted only after a determination is made that no injurious acids, alkalies, or dissolved gases are contained in the wastes which will injure sanitary sewer system, its appurtenances or parts, or will hinder the treatment and purification of sewage.  Where the industrial wastes contain such injurious materials, or Biochemical Oxygen Demand in excess of 300 parts per million, or suspended solids in excess of 250 parts per million, as determined by analysis of composite samples, satisfactory pretreatment may be required.  For industrial wastes exceeding the amounts given above, the basic rate hereto set forth shall be modified by the following multiplying factor:

      No adjustment required for F between 0.9 and 1.1
