(a) The inside the corporation limit waste water/sewer rate shall be $7.05 per 1,000 gallons of liquid waste.
(b) Users of Village water of less than 3000 gallons per month shall be charged a minimum of $21.15 monthly.
(c) Users of Village water located outside the corporation limits and with a volume less than one million (1,000,000) gallons monthly will incur the inside rate plus an additional 50%. This provision does not apply where an intergovernmental agreement exists.
(d) Rates for industrial and commercial users conducting operations outside the Village corporation limit that average over 1,000,000 gallons monthly shall be calculated using the inside rate plus 15%.
(e) Effective Janaury1, 2019 and reoccurring through January 1, 2023, the inside rate shall increase 1% annually.
(f) Other contractual agreements may preclude the above listed rates as agreed by Village Council.
