The Village reserves the right to enter into contracts to provide sewage treatment services with other entities and/or other users regardless of the nature of wastes to be discharged. Provided, however, that such contracts shall be in compliance with the provisions of this chapter and the rules and regulations of other governmental agencies with authority.
