Owner’s of multiple dwelling units shall notify the Village Administrator of the location of the multiple dwelling unit and the number of dwelling units contained therein. This notice shall be in writing and shall be given within ninety days of the effective date of these water rates, or within thirty days of acquisition of a multiple dwelling unit, whichever comes later.
