941.08 MINIMUM BILLING FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING UNIT.

The minimum billing for a multiple dwelling unit shall be the minimum billing for a dwelling unit multiplied by the number of dwelling units. If water usage exceeds the minimum usage allowed for the number of dwelling units in the multiple dwelling unit, the billing for excess water shall be calculated at the regular rate.
