937.01 EXTENSIONS OUTSIDE OF THE VILLAGE FOR SEWAGE SYSTEMS PROHIBITED.

No extensions of the sewage utility systems shall be permitted outside of the corporate limits of the Village, except where there are existing intergovernmental agreements in place as of the passage of this section. (Ord. 15-2001. Passed 11-14-01.)
