913.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense. Any person who violates any provision of this chapter as a second offense shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each day the violation exists.
