913.01 CUTTING OR REMOVAL; PERMIT.

(a) No individual company or other party shall cut or remove any tree located between the sidewalk and a curb in the Village, without first obtaining a permit from Council.

(b) Such permit, shall be obtained by contacting the Fiscal Officer who then shall relay the matter to the Street Committee for their review and approval.
