§ 92.11 APPLICATION.
   While dwellings may constitute a public nuisance, the town will follow the procedures in G.S. § 160A-443 as stated in Chapter 150 whenever a dwelling is found to create a public nuisance. Whenever a nonresidential structure is found to be a nuisance, the town will abide by the procedures set forth in G.S. § 160A-439 as stated in Chapter 151.
