§ 92.02 COMPLAINT AND INVESTIGATION.
   The Town Manager or the Town Manager’s designee, upon notice from any person of the existence of any of the conditions described in § 92.01, shall cause to be made by the appropriate town employee such investigation as may be necessary to determine whether, in fact, a condition or conditions described in § 92.01 exists. For purposes of this section, the Town Manager or the Town Manager’s designee will select the appropriate town employee to conduct the investigation.
