§ 71.06 STRUCTURES IN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY PROHIBITED.
   No building, fence, athletic equipment, or other structure (whether movable or fixed), or part thereof, shall be erected or installed in any public road, street, lane, alley, or other public right-of-way.
