§ 71.03 STANDING OR PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to stand or park a vehicle upon any street right-of-way of the town for the principal purposes of:
   (A)   Displaying the vehicle for sale;
   (B)   Washing, greasing, or repairing such vehicle, except repairs made necessary by a bona fide emergency;
   (C)   Storing by garages, dealers, or other persons when the storing is not incident to the bona fide use and operation of the automobile or other vehicle; and
   (D)   Storing of any trailer or van whether detached or not or for the purpose of transferring merchandise or freight from one vehicle to another.
