§ 70.15 TRUCKS RESTRICTED ON CERTAIN STREETS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a loaded truck over or upon any street designated by resolution of the Town Council except when making a delivery.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate a truck having a gross weight of greater than three-fourths of one ton over or upon any of the streets so designated by the Town Council.
