§ 30.99 PENALTY.

Except as provided in § 30.06, any person violating any prohibition or restriction imposed by a proclamation authorized by this chapter shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor in accordance with G.S. 14-288.20A. This chapter may also be enforced as set out in § 10.99(A), (C), and (D).
