§ 150.21 REMOVAL OF COMPLAINTS, NOTICES, AND THE LIKE.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, without written consent of the public officer, to remove or permit the removal of any complaint, notice, or order posted in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. When the public officer finds that a dwelling is unfit for human habitation within the meaning of this chapter and has notified the owner to such effect and the time limit set by the public officer for the correction of the defects or vacating the same has expired, it shall be unlawful for any person to receive rentals, offer for rent, or occupy such dwelling as a human habitation.
