§ 150.03 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR FITNESS FOR DWELLINGS AND DWELLING UNITS.
(A) Every dwelling and dwelling unit used as a human habitation, or held out for use as a human habitation, shall comply with all of the minimum standards of fitness for human habitation and all of the requirements of §§ 150.04 through 150.11.
(B) No person shall occupy as owner-occupant or let or sublet to another for occupancy for use as human habitation, any dwelling or dwelling unit, which does not comply with all of the minimum standards of fitness for human habitation and all of the requirements of §§ 150.04 through 150.11.
