§ 94.17 AUTHORITY-FUNDS.
   (A)   Responsibility for administration of this chapter is vested with the Director of Public Safety.
   (B)   The Director of Public Safety shall designate an Alarm Administrator to carry out the administrative duties and functions described in this subchapter.
   (C)   The Director of Public Safety has the authority to review and recommend to the Town Council modifying fees set forth in this subchapter.
