SECTION 2.
   The incorporation of the Town of Butner by Section 1 of this act and the remaining provisions of this act satisfy the requirement of Section 2(c) of Session Law 2006-159 that the majority of the functions of the Department performed at the Butner Reservation are assumed by a municipal corporation, organized pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina.
