§ 73.02 OFF-ROAD VEHICLES PERMITTED.

Subject to the regulations contained in this chapter, off-road vehicles as defined by IC 14-8-2-185 are hereby allowed on streets in the city limits of the city, excluding state and federal highways, subject to the conditions set forth in this chapter.
