§ 113.15 PROHIBITED HOURS.
   No solicitor, mobile food vendor unit, mobile vendor unit, or pushcart, or peddler shall locate on the public streets or sidewalks in the city between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Special events may receive extended hours, with specific approval of the city’s Board of Public Works and Safety.
