(A) The Eastside Little League Football, Inc., Fund number 451, is created and shall be used for the purpose of aiding the Eastside Little League Football program.
(B) The following terms shall apply to the Eastside Little League Football Fund:
(1) All deposits to the Eastside Little League Football Fund (hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”) shall be deposited with the Clerk-Treasurer of the city.
(2) All checks must be made payable to the City of Butler.
(3) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to distribute to the Eastside Little League Football, Inc., a credit card for the Fund with a limit of $500.
(4) The Clerk-Treasurer is authorized to distribute monies from the Fund in an amount not to exceed $3,000, without prior approval from the Board of Public Works and Safety.
(5) Any monies requested from the Fund exceeding $3,000 must be presented to and approved by the Board of Public Works and Safety at a regular meeting of the Board.
(6) An authorized member of the Eastside Little League Football, Inc. may request distribution of monies from the Fund in an amount less than or equal to $3,000 without prior approval from the Board. The Clerk-Treasurer must be given 24 hours’ notice from an authorized member of Eastside Little League Football, Inc., prior to the distribution of any monies less than or equal to $3,000.
