§ 30.44 SCOPE OF CODE ENFORCEMENT.
   These policies apply to civil enforcement of alleged code violations. The city does not enforce covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&Rs) or other private agreements. The city does not resolve private disputes among third parties. Nothing in these policies limits or applies to actions by private parties to obtain compliance with city code.
