§ 30.41 INTERPRETATION.
   These policies and procedures are to be interpreted to maximize both the efficiency of city code enforcement and compliance with city codes. Nothing in this policy manual shall be interpreted to require the city to act or to refrain from acting to establish a standard of care for city actions.
