(A) The Butler Stormwater Utility is hereby created as a municipal utility and it shall be under the control, management, and supervision of the Board of Public Works and Safety. The city intents to operate its Stormwater Utility under the provisions of IC 36-9-23.
(B) The Stormwater Utility is responsible for the operation, maintenance and management of all stormwater management infrastructure, including the stormwater collection system, within the corporate limits of the City of Butler.
