§ 112.05 LOCAL OFFICE.
   The company shall maintain a toll-free telephone number where inquiries or complaints regarding quality of service, equipment malfunctions, billing disputes, and similar matters are received. Inquiries or complaints shall be received during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All complaints and inquiries will be investigated, responded to, or acted on promptly, and unless circumstances otherwise require, within one business day of their receipt.
