§ 110.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   "ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES." All beverages containing alcohol, and every other mixture or preparation having an alcoholic content, whether patented or not, intended to be used or likely to be used as a beverage.
