(A) Before any person is buried in the Butler Cemetery, the funeral director shall obtain a permit from the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and the permit delivered over to the Sexton of the Butler Cemetery prior to any burial.
(B) Administrative fee. An administrative fee of $25 shall be charged at the time a burial permit is issued by the Clerk-Treasurer.
