(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to have, own, maintain or operate any yard, building, or establishment used for the purpose of wrecking, junking, or dismantling secondhand automobiles, trucks, or motor vehicles within the corporate limits of the city.
(B) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the pro- visions of this section shall, on conviction, be fined in a sum not exceeding $500. Each day during which said person, firm, or corporation violates any of the provisions of this section shall be and constitute a separate offense.
